CANCELLATION & RETURNS
All our items are bespoke and made to order. The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days from the date on which you placed the order. If you cancel after 14 days, you'll still be charged the full price. This doesn't affect your statutory legal rights
Faulty or Damaged Items
All of our products are individually checked to make sure it's up to the very best standards before we send it to you. But if we've missed something or sent you the wrong thing, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order.
It really helps if you send us a few photos of the damage or any other issues. Our team will assess your complaint and let you know how to return the item, or arrange for a collection. We'll either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement.
All products are bespoke and made to order. Due to this, we are not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products were damaged/defective upon arrival, or materially different from what was ordered.
Please contact us immediately upon delivery/receipt if you encouter any problem with your product once it arrives.
When Will I Get My Order?
All orders are processed within 21 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Edge Composites is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
